I AM | YOU ARE was created to bring ritual, affirmations and balance into your daily life and homes.

Affirmations are a powerful tool to aid in healing and creating the person or things you want to attract more of into your life. The words we speak and see daily create our realities, this is what I aim to do with my affirmation candles, infused with crystals and essential oils to bring more balance and harmony.

Spirituality, self love and healing became a massive part of my journey in my early twenties when I was at the lowest I've ever been in my life mentally and physically. I began combining crystals, affirmations and ritual into my daily routine to help me on my healing journey. The use of Crystals and affirmations are now a part of my daily routine, which have helped me heal and cope with many situations bringing me peace, helping me to manifest and become more self aware. My love for these things and how much they have helped me is why I created I AM YOU ARE, to share these special tools and hopefully bring balance, peace & happiness into others homes and lives.
